I used the cricut to cut the shapes and letters, then added a little distressing ink, some glitter, and a little ribbon. My friend was nice enough to loan me her doodle charms, and aphalicious cartridges. I really want some new ones now...it makes using your cricut that much MORE FUN!
This Love sign isn't new this year...but since my blog wasn't around last year I decided to post it anyways! I bought the LOVE letters, painted the edges, traced the paper around the letters and then modpodged it all together. After it was dry I used some distressing ink, and added some ribbon and charms.
L-O-V-E! I heart Valentines...

Love your hearts, and LOVE.
ReplyDeleteDid you know there is an attachment for your Cricut that enables you to hook right up to the computer so you can do anything that is on it?
I'm just new at it, so have not done that yet, but have the name if you want it.

PS How do you get your letters on the Love so perfect? Glue on paper then cut around them with exacto knife? Or just cut shape and glue on? thanks
Girl, I hear you! It's so much more difficult to get projects done the more mobile my little one gets! Your LOVE letters are so cute! I wouldn't have thoght to use black scrapbook paper, but it looks awesome!
