So awhile back I found this organizer at Goodwill...and it sat on my counter. It was finally time for a makeover.

The inside had this nasty velvet covering that was the first thing to go.
I then spray painted it in robin eggs blue. After it was dry I found some scrapbook paper out of my supply and traced the box. I then used mod podge to glue the paper to the box. I also cut out paper to replace the nasty velvet inside the drawers.
Here is the finished project!! It looks so much better sitting on my counter w/ all my junk piling up inside. :)
I added a few rhinestones for the finishing touch.

ReplyDeleteNow that is a find! I could so use that on my clutter counter! I love what you did with the blue paint and the scrapbook paper! I have that same blue paint sitting in my pantry just begging to be used again with some fun sheets of scrapbook paper!
