Sundae Scoop

Okay it's time for another Sundae Scoop since I need to get back on the ball with menu/project planning. It's way to difficult to plan things last minute. So here we go... I'm being adventurous this week and trying a few new recipes I found. I can't wait they look so yummy!

Sunday: Angel Chicken w/ Angel hair pasta and salad

Monday: Roast w/ mashed potatoes, carrots, and rolls ...this roast is REALLY really good!

Tuesday: Spaghetti w/ Brocoli ...this is the spaghetti I always make now...mmm

Wednesday: Homemade pizza

Thursday: Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas w/ pico and salad ...can't wait to try!

Friday: Rigatony Pasta with cheesy garlic bread and corn

Saturday: out :)
