Sundae Scoop

Monday: Brit's house
Tues: Mexican Casserole - This is pretty similar to my taco soup, but in a casserole form! Great way to use broken up chips ;).
Wednesday: Chicken Pot Pie
Thursday: Shredded Bbq Beef Sandwhiches and corn
Saturday: Out
Sunday: Anniversary Chicken w/ Twice baked potatos w/ Salad .. yes we are going to have a heart attack this day! ;) But it will be sooo yummy!

Projects: Spring Blocks, finish wreath

    I was just looking at the recipe for Mexican Casserole. It looks delicious. If you decide you might want a bit of a variation on it, you might want to try my recipe for Chip Casserole... it's a favorite around here :)
