{My Sundae Scoop}

Menu:
Monday: Sloppy Joes, Corn on the Cob & Kettle Chips
Tuesday: Dinner here for hubby's honor society...seems fancy!
Wednesday: Enchiladas w/ Chips and Salsa {I love Cinco de Mayo!}
Thursday: Spinach Ravioli - COSTCO style
Saturday: Eat out

Goals: Seriously get organized, keep working out 4x (I eat way to much sugar!), write a few hand written notes

Projects: finish the dang bathroom cabinets, finish aprons, scrapbook
