So have you ever seen those fun candy jars made from terracotta pots? I’ve seen a lot of people make them into gumball machines like the one here, but thought it would be fun to dress it up a little more! What do you think?!
These are pretty easy to make, and I think turn out really cute! Everyone could use another candy jar, right?!
Supplies needed:
Terracotta pot and lid
Glass bowl
E-6000 glue
knob
paint
First things first is to paint your pot, lid and knob. Once it is dry you can glue the glass bowl to the pot. Then glue the knob to the center of the lid. After that you can add any other fun embellishments you’d like! I added some vinyl to the glass and glitter on the lid…just for fun!! :)
If you use a neutral color of paint you can use this candy jar for lots of holidays. Just switch out the ribbon and candy!
I ♥ candy!!
With my 18 month around the house, candy in a bowl is not such a good idea anymore, haha. This is seriously too cute! Thanks so much for sharing.
