Christmas Blocks!

DSC03330
These Blocks are SO simple to make and make great gifts! All I did was get a 4x4 cut down. A 4x4 is really only 3 1/2 inches long, so cut them down in 3 1/2 in increments.
The next step is to paint the block. Then add some vinyl (I used my handy dandy Silhouette for this). Then you will apply the vinyl and tie a ribbon on top. That’s it! Super Easy- Super Cute!

Here’s one I made for Thanksgiving. You really could get creative and personalize these however you’d like.

Then we also made these Christmas Countdown Blocks at a craft night I hosted a couple months ago. Same concept as the blocks above, except you mod podge a 3x3 piece of paper onto the blocks before applying the vinyl.
* If you don’t have access to vinyl and need some cut, shoot me an e-mail at iheartnaptime (at) gmail (dot) com *

Oh ya and ….
TGIF!!! I’m hoping to finish a few projects this weekend… we’ll see if that happens! :)

  6. Jamielyn, I made some of these for my teachers and would love to show them on my blog. Would that be okay if I showed my pictures and linked back to you? Thanks for your consideration!
