Sundae Scoop with Picaboo

Sundae Scoop is back on! Are you as excited as I am? I guess that means I have to start cooking again, lol. The past two weeks I’ve felt a million times better (from my c-section Oct. 26th). I’ve been in the mood to cook, clean and craft and I’m ready to get back on a schedule. However, it seems like I have a long to-do list that I never seem to finish. It’s just hard to find time. I don’t know how you super moms do it all! I have a very demanding 22 month old, and a new born who loves to be held ALL the time. During my sons nap time (when I’m usually productive) I’m just too worn out and have to sit/lay down. Thank goodness for nap time or I really think I’d go crazy!

I’m slowly getting the hang of having two kids, and have found a sling very helpful! As hard as these past few weeks have been (between tantrums, healing, nursing pains, husband studying like crazy) I wouldn’t trade them for anything. My little girl is already growing SO fast and it’s not fair! I’m trying to soak in every second I have with her, and just put everything else on the back burner. I’m beginning to realize some things can wait! So yes my floors haven’t been mopped in over a week, my hair hasn’t been washed in a couple of days, and we’ve eaten frozen dinners the last few nights… BUT I’ve got to snuggle my little munchkins, and that’s all that matters! Boy do those snuggles and kisses make everything worth it! I love my family to pieces, and I’m SO grateful and blessed to call them mine!
