Chair Rail makes a HUGE difference in a room...especially in a nursery. I had NEVER done chair rail before, but with a little bit a research I decided we could do it. We went to home depot and picked up the chair rail, a saw, and nail glue-which costs about $35. We came home measured, cut, and glued. By cut I mean my husband cut... and after the glue was dry I painted them the same color as the base board. The whole project probably took a 6 hours, but I am sooo HAPPY with the finished results! A good reference for molding is thrifty decor chick.
