I'm sure many of you have tried this, but if not it's one of those super easy "forget and go" meals! In the summer I find myself using the crock pot more and more! I put my crock pot in the garage so it doesn't heat up the whole house. It's kind of weird though coming home to a garage smelling really good...
Creamy Italian Chicken:
combine in small bowl:
1/2 cup water
2 TB butter
1 can low fat cream of chicken
4 - 8 oz low fat cream cheese
1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing
Pour Ingredients over chicken in crock pot
3-5 Large Chicken Breast (I just use the frozen kind from Costco)
Cook on low for 5-6 hours
Serve Over noodles or rice
I LOVE garlic bread with mine as well...but who doesn't? I tried this garlic bread from Fresh and Easy and it was sooo good! It comes with four in the pack...so I wrapped up the rest and stuck them in a bag for later!
It's always good to label the bag...sometimes I find things deep down in the freezer and who knows how long it has been there!
Yummy! I made that once before but whoever I got the recipe from said to serve it w/ rice. It was just so-so..I think it would be WAY better w/ pasta ;)Need to make that one again!

Hi, found you through Bluecricketdesign.net
ReplyDeleteI made this recipe last night, and it was delish!! Although I went with some pork loin chops instead of chicken breast (I don't care for ckn breast in the crock pot and I didn't have any thighs on hand so I used what I had)
I had it with rice and broccoli and it will definitely be a go-to for many dinners to come!!
Thank you!!
Jilian
