Oreo Ice cream Cake!
I made this last night for my Hubby's Birthday and it was a yummy treat! It was the perfect cake for a July Birthday!!
2 rows of oreo's ( I used dq oreo blizzard oreos!)
1/4 cup of melted butter
*smash oreo's in a zip lock bag and pore on bottom of 9x13 pan. Drizzle butter on top and mix with a fork
2 boxes of ice cream sandwiches
*Next layer your ice cream sandwiches
1 jar of hershey's hot fudge
*Spread the hot fudge on top and stick in freezer for about 20 min
1 container of cool whip
Spread cool whip on top and layer with extra oreo crumbs
Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteI think this is the first comment I've made...can't quiet remember. But I have to say that I love your blog and this recipe will be made at my house, for sure! This looks so yummy and sounds too simple not to make. We love having little desserts around the house here and the kids almost expect some sort of dessert after dinner.
ReplyDeleteI posted a similar one on my blog a while back. This is one of our favorites but I havent made it with ice cream sandwiches before. Will have to give it a try! Probably alot less messy than just using ice cream.
