{Classic Spaghetti}
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell or green pepper, chopped
3 cloves of galric, minced
1 Tb Olive Oil
1 pound of hamburger
1/2 tsp kosher salt (or normal salt... lol)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
1 Jar of Classico or Prego + a little water to get all the sauce out of the jar :)
optional: 1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
Add Olive oil to pan and heat over med-high heat. Add Onions and pepper. Once the onions become soft (about 4-5 min) add the garlic and cook a minute longer.
Next Add in your meat and all of the seasonings. Let cook until browned.
Next add in your pasta sauce and let simmer about 20-30 min.
That's all! Super Easy Yummy Spaghetti!
Oh and if you have leftovers... Get a loaf of french or ciabatta bread. Spread some butter on top with a little garlic salt and spread the leftover spaghetti on top. Put a little mozzarella and parmesan on top and bake at 375 for about 10 min. This is a great way to use up the left overs, and it is SO good!!
