ReplyDeleteJamie that chicken pot pie was deeeelicious! Can we come to your house? haha j/k. I went to a class on essential oils and the teacher said 3 drops of lemon in your water in the morning curbs your appetite the rest of the day, I have been wanting to try that one : )
