Well, Hello I Heart Naptime Readers :) !!!
It's Stacie...the craZy one behind The CrEaTiVe Crate...and I am sooo excited that Jamielyn has invited me to guest post in her CraZy Christmas Crafters event!!
Hasn't it been FuN so far?!! What FaBULouS projects ...and what an ALL-STAR line-up! :)
Anyhoo....Christmas really is just around the corner, so today I am going to share with you one of my {simple and inexpensive} Christmas gift ideas:
First I cut a piece of beadboard to the size that you want. {mine was 9 1/2" x 10" ...and I used a 4 x 6 photo}
Then... trace your photo on the foam board {that I bought at the dollar store}...
Then cut out with exact-o knife...
Then I used spray adhesive...and sprayed my foam board with a good even coat...and stuck my photo on...Then on the beadboard I painted on stain over the whole board...then wiped most of it off except for in the cracks...
Then tied a piece of netting around the bottom...
And there ya have it!! A super easy inexpensive gift for any parent or grandparent on your list!
Jamielyn...thanks so much for having me!!
HapPy {early} Holidays Everyone!!
Thanks Stacie for sharing such a cute gift! I love anything with bead board. This is so simple anyone could do this! Also don't forget Home Depot will cut wood down for free!
Hi Jamielyn! I forgot to mention that I stuck the foam board onto the beadboard with E6000 adhesive. That baby isn't going anywhere :) Thanks again for having me :)
