I have been busy de-cluttering my house. My “pantry” was in some desperate need of help. I don’t know if you can even call it a pantry… but it’s where we store our food. lol. Someday I would LOVE a walk in pantry, but for now this works great!
The first step in the organizing process was buying some containers. Yes I have one dedicated to candy. :) I bought the containers at Ikea and Dollar tree to store the smaller items in. My cupboard/pantry is SO deep… things were getting pushed to the back that weren’t seen for months!
Then I made some cute (SIMPLE) labels. I used the Pharmacy font. I love that font!
I also threw out TONS of food in the process. I’m hoping it can stay organized so things don’t go to waste.
Awe… much cleaner! I wish I would have taken a before picture…yikes!
And yes my *almost* 2 year old still eats baby food. He refuses to eat vegetables, but will still eat them out of baby food jars. Weird, yes… but if he’s getting some sort of veggies I’m happy!
This cupboard is my sneaky “hiding spot” for all the extra snacks. There’s lots more in the bottom cabinet too.
Then there’s the food storage closet. About six months ago I was determined to start building up my food storage supply. We turned our coat closet into the food storage closet. Shelf Reliance sent me one of their Consolidators to review and I have LOVED it. I loved it so much I went out and bought two more. I still think I need one more, I just don’t have the room right now. I love how it organizes the food, and makes it SO easy to use my food storage.

those labels are so cute! What did you make them with? A label maker or the computer?
