Okay so it’s not EXACTLY my BirthDAY... but today is the day I’m going to celebrate. Who are we kidding… I celebrate ALL week long!
I’m a leap year baby so my real birthday only comes every 4 years. Next year is the big one! I found out one of my friends on FB is also a leap year baby… any others out there?
Today I’ll be eating cake, getting my toes done, enjoying a nap and a surprise from my husband! My hubby’s on break this week, so I’m getting spoiled with a break from the kids. :)
So I wish I could have all of you over for cake and ice cream today. However since my house isn’t that big and most of you aren’t from AZ, Tookies {delectable sweets like no other} has graciously offered to send one of you 2 jar cakes! Look how YUMMY these look!
So here’s to eating cake!
Lemon Cake with Lemon Buttercream frosting.
Red Velvet and Buttercream frosting.
Chocolate Ganache and Buttercream Frosting.
Yummy! Thanks Tookies for sharing these cakes with us.
All you have to do to enter is tell me one thing you love about I ♥ Nap Time… okay, okay or your favorite kind of cake. ;)
Happy Birthday Week!! My brother is a leap year baby too. My kids always enjoyed knowing they were "older" than their uncle (although he is my "big" brother). One thing I love about your blog is the great ideas that you share - I always find something creative and inspiring! My favorite cake is red velvet, and that jar looks Delicious!
